I train with Quentin, who is extremely educated in weight training, and nutrition..he uses praise, not intimidation, (from what I see, all the trainers are like this). The entire time I am training, Quentin is watching to make sure I am doing things correctly and not causing injuries. I'm glad I found Ori and Thesis. I think people at any age, and any fitness level will benefit from this gym. When you leave, one or more of the trainers say goodbye..it's just a great atmosphere to train at Thesis.
