Before Thesis I never experienced this kind of success in strength training, mindful
eating and general fitness. Not only have I lost more than 20 pounds, my resting
heart rate has dropped about ten points, from around 80 to the very low 70s or high
60s. I look better, but more important, I feel better. The environment at Thesis is
super-supportive and my trainer Justin keeps me honest and engaged - checking in
